User deactivation

The Exfluencer can be deactivated from the Exfluency™ Platform on their request. If they wish their data to be removed, such a request can be submitted via the support form or directly to their Community Manager.

Deactivated user profiles are not able to sign in to the Exfluency Platform.

Community Management Decision to Terminate Cooperation

There might be rare occasions when user is removed from the community. Possible reasons may include:

• The Exfluencer is late with their project/s (projects finished after the deadline).

• The quality of work provided by the Exfluencer is poor at the language combination level.

• The Exfluencer violates the Terms of Services.

• The Exfluencer does not comply with the NDA.
