How to use predefined terminology

When working with a text, you are supposed to use terminology provided by the client. Don’t worry - the platform helps you with it. When a linguistic asset contains a client-defined term, it is showcased in the left-hand margin of the editor. You can see which terms were used and which were not.

Defined terms and how to create them

As a Subject Matter Expert [SME], you can create terms that you consider useful for future reference.

All you need to do is highlight a phrase or a word and click the tag (create defined term) icon.

Fill out the fields with relevant information and save by clicking Confirm.
