| How long does it take to get paid? | Exfluency AG has 21 days payment terms. Please note that international bank transfers can sometimes then take up to 2 days to appear in your bank account. |
| I need to issue my own invoice for my VAT department. | You can always issue your own invoice in your own accounting program for your accounting/VAT/Tax purposes and just use the invoice issued by Exfluency AG as a background document for your own invoice. There is no need however to send us a copy of your own invoice. |
| Where does it show if an invoice is paid? | It is not stated in your profile, however, if you did not receive your funds after the 21 days, we can check the status in our accounting program. |
| I don’t have a VAT number/company so what do I enter in the company page? | You can just leave that empty then. |
| Can you cover my banking fees? | No, Exfluency AG doesn’t cover members’ bank fees. |
| I need reversed charge on the invoice – please add that. | The invoice issued by Exfluency AG already includes the line: VAT: 0% (VAT SUBJECT TO REVERSE CHARGE). |
| An invoice was generated for me, but I switched banks, so I need to be paid to my new account – can you do that? |
