The Redactor: Intro

Redactors are skilled professionals who:

• possess expertise in OCR and preparation of the scanned documents for a CAT tool

• have good knowledge in working with text editing tools such as Microsoft Word

• have a working knowledge of English for communication purposes

The Redactor is the only user who can see the data before it is anonymized. The Exfluencer verifies if the confidential data has been anonymized in the automated process. Then, anonymized assets translated by machine translation engines are sent back to the Exfluency™ system to be put into the workflow for correction by Enhancers and Trust Miners.

 

NOTE: When a Redactor has completed a project, the document is no longer visible for him/her and there is no possibility of recorrecting it.

The Redactor can accept, reject, or do nothing with the project based on the following criteria:

2. Price

3. Deadline

 

NOTE: A Redactor must sign the Exfluency Non-Disclosure Agreement, through which the parties – Exfluency and the user - agree not to disclose any information covered by the agreement.
