Gated Community Managers’ operational area of responsibility is the daily management of processes and projects within the Gated Community. They are responsible for managing and monitoring Gated Communities and the projects submitted there. This person interviews the Candidates, approves or rejects their applications, and takes care of the approved candidates during the onboarding process.
The Gated Community can have one or more managers, depending on its size, complexity, and workloads.
The Gated Community Manager (GCM) is responsible for coordinating projects, managing deadlines, reassigning projects, liaising between project Requesters and the Exfluencers involved, and answering project-related questions.
The GCM also works closely with project management and redaction teams, has overall responsibility for the lines of communication during production, as well as s/he works closely with the Exfluency™ Support team on responding to and escalating queries.
Last, but not least, the GCM collects feedback from daily work on the platform in order to participate actively in improving and developing the platform tools and technologies.
