A user with the Enhancer role uses his/her expertise to review and improve translation that has been auto-generated and anonymized by the blockchain-enabled Exfluency™ system.
Anonymized assets, translated by machine translation engines, are sent back into the Exfluency system and entered into the proofreading workflow done by Enhancers and/or Trust Miners. When an asset has been anonymized, it does not contain any confidential data, i.e. Executors do not have access to deanonymized (i.e. original) data.
Example:
Original sentence: I went to London to meet with John.
Anonymized data (visible to Enhancers and Trust Miners): I went to <anonymized> to meet with <anonymized>.
The Neural Machine Translation (NMT) engines only receive anonymized data with information about source and target languages. Besides anonymized data, the Executors also receive project related information like: Requester, deadline, price, filename, and (optionally) comments from the Requester.
An Enhancer must sign the Exfluency Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), through which the parties - Exfluency and the user - agree not to disclose any information covered by the agreement.
