You're assigned projects based on the following:
- Your Trust Chain™ in any language combination
- Your skill set nodes
- Your delivery reliability
- Your speed in the editor
- Your hourly rate
The algorithm looks at the Community members in the top 0.5 spread of a given Trust Chain, for example:
Here, everyone has a score from 8.6-9.0 (the top 6).
Even though user no. 6 has a lower Trust Chain than user no. 2, she'll get first refusal if she has a better delivery record/speed/price.
A rejection by the first choice (or no reaction) opens the project for the next three users and then the next six. Once the top ten community members are busy, the algorithm works down the Trust Chain, involving more community members.
